- Early August – Regos open
- Early October – Regos close
- Early October – Programme print deadline
- Late October – Funding rounds open
- Mid November – Funding rounds close
- Early December – Funding Results Announced
- Mid December – Programme launch
- Mid February – Festival Opening Gala
- Mid February – Festival Starts
- Early March – Festival Ends
- Sunday after the Festival – Awards Ceremony
- Early April – Reporting due
